offers a wide choice of Champagne, Wine, Gins etc. to suit any event including;
private parties, weddings festivals and corporate events.
As part of our bespoke service, you can also create your own personalised drinks menu.

Packages
Our packages are versatile, accommodating and priced to suit all budgets
Guest Bar
We attend your event with our experienced team of bar- staff and a full range of drinks.
As personal license holders, we will take care of the licensing application should one be required.
(Depending on the.size of the event an agreed minimum spend deposit may be required).
The hirer may place an amount behind the bar to contribute to the minimum spend
to provide your guests with a partial free bar.

Dry Bar
Simply hire the Rice Box, fully equipped and ready for service.
You bring the drinks, and we provide the bar and two trained members of staff per event.
Should you wish our bar team can purchase the alcohol on your behalf for a small delivery fee.

Host Bar
A popular choice for family celebrations and social gatherings.
The host agrees a total tab for the bar based on the number of expected guests.
The bar manager will keep the host updated on the status of the tab and once the limit has been reached the host can decide whether to extend the tab to another limit or convert the bar to 'cash & card' sales service where guests pay for their own drinks.

Open Bar
A cashless limitless bar where all the drinks are on the house.
Guests are free to order what they like when they like, no need for guests to manage their cash as
the very generous host settles the bill above the minimum spend at the end of the event.

VIP Event
A popular choice for anniversaries and weddings.
We take the pressure off and work with you to provide a bar service for the whole of your event
with options such as; breakfast Champagne, meal-time table wine service & evening drinks bar.
Prices can be suited to your budget and a range of options are available to provide a
"high-quality" drinks service whatever the event.

Book an Event
The Small (but important) Print
A booking fee of £250.00 secures Horsin' About with J.C. & Friends for the date of your event.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the following for your event (excludes drinks packages)

A "Temporary Event Notice" if required (to allow the sale of alcohol at your event)

Fully Qualified, members of staff to run the bar

Once you have chosen your date and booked

for your event, you can decide how the bar is run from one of our packages,
or completely bespoke to suit your specific requirements.

this covers the cost of set-up and two trained members of staff per event.
